Hey again. So I haven't mentioned it in a couple weeks, but I am working on a slight refresh for the site. The layout will change a little bit, and it'll also work on mobile devices, replacing the current mobile site which isn't exactly fully-featured.

So yeah, I've been plugging away at it and got a decent amount done this week. The desktop layout isn't drastically different, but there'll be at least some small quality of life improvement on virtually every page. I'm also prototyping a system that will collect tags for every game, so browsing by company, series, or genre will become a more effective way to explore the site. So far, all the tags have been entered by hand, so they are far from comprehensive.

Anyway, that's the future. As for the present, here's an update to enjoy.

Hi all. So, lately there have been tons of sound submissions, many of which I've chosen to host externally on Google Drive. Since there have been so many, I figured it would be a good idea to improve the user experience of browsing and downloading these files. So now, on most GDrive-hosted files, you can click Direct link and download the file without having to open a new browser page. Also, all GDrive files (and ZIP files hosted on SDB) now have a Preview button that will let you see a list of what's inside the file.

So yeah, check all that out. I'll see ya next week.
