Whew. I am tired. But in addition to delivering you this update, I've finally solved one of my oldest pet peeves about this site. On game pages, files with numbers in the name were usually ordered incorrectly, for example, Knights of the Round had Arthur (Level 1), Arthur (Level 15), Arthur (Level 16), Arthur (Level 2). Now, the order is finally correct, ie 1, 2...15, 16. This is a common problem and there are a lot of answers on the internet about how to fix it. Friends, let me tell you that most of them are BS and will only work in very limited circumstances. But I finally found a solution, and I was shocked when it actually worked. If you notice any residual sorting oddities please let me know, but everything looks good to me so far.

Hey hey, new update. You may have heard but it's been unbelievably hot in most of the U.S. this week, and it's no exception for me. Heat index over 100 degrees F today. But I'm doing the best I can, bringing you updates and, as always, behind the scenes work. Plenty more next time!

Hey again. Lately I've been working on a lot of terribly un-sexy back-end stuff in order to bring you these massive updates. Necessary to be sure, but not at all exciting to you, the reader. Aside from that? I've also got a layout refresh in the early stages of development. If it works out you'll be able to access the full site on desktop or mobile. The current mobile site (that's at m.spritedatabase.net) is...okay, but not my best work. The new version will be complete, with no missing pages and every bit of info on every page. Look forward to it if, for some reason, you like staring at sprites on a 5-inch screen!
